Additional options
It is possible to add “robot simulation” and “Automatic Paint
Helper” as options on top of Inropa™ Basic.
These options will make it easier for you to verify robot
programs and they will make the programming easier and more
flexible - and thus enable profitable robot painting of parts in
smaller lot sizes.
Option 1
Robot Simulation The full robot motion can be animated with
the “Robot Simulation” option, and further more the cycle time
for paint jobs is estimated.
The robot simulation will verify if the robot program is
feasible for execution on the robot without stopping the
physical paint line.
Option 2
Automatic Paint Helper The Automatic Paint Helper is a world
class operator assisted programming tool for automatic
generation of paint robot programs.
The Automatic Paint Helper will automatically generate a robot
program for painting your part. You only need to import the CAD
model of the part into Inropa™ Basic. |
|
The result of the Automatic Paint
Helper normally constitutes a 70 to 90 percent finished program
for the paint robot. You can then focus on the final fine tuning
before real production is executed.
General problem avoidance
The “Automatic Paint Helper” will work actively to avoid
classical problems in robot programming.
The Automatic Paint Helper will in all cases make sure that you
have no collisions between the robot and the parts.
Also the fixtures and hanging mechanisms inside the paint booth
are modeled and it is made sure that also collisions with such
items are avoided in all cases.
The Automatic Paint Helper will furthermore work actively to
avoid robot configurations in which the robot stops because of
robotic singularities.
You will in most cases avoid problems with robot joint limits
since the Automatic Paint Helper works actively to get around
joint limits.
You will normally experience a highly qualified proposal of
painting programs, and with your own adoptions of the programs
you will reach an optimal process quality with minimum efforts. |
