The user draws paint paths on the virtual part, and with Inropa’s manual programming software, you need fewer programming steps to program a part for painting than with average paint robot software, making it easier and quicker.

Paint Program Fitter is our solution for fitting the manually created paint robot programs to product positions in the “real world” paint line. AUTOMATIC PAINT PROGRAMMING
Automatic Programmer is our highly intelligent off-line programming system that automatically programs the robots by utilizing 3D-scannings. With an automatic programming system, the operator suspends the parts from the conveyor and sends it through the paint line. Starting with a 3D-scanning, the system generates robot painting programs automatically.
